Donna M. Franklin (Haluptzok)

Senior Accountant

Donna Franklin has been a valued member of Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. since 1999, bringing decades of experience and a strong background in both personal and business accounting services. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Donna plays a key role in serving our clients with integrity and precision.

Prior to joining the firm, Donna spent 12 years in corporate accounting roles at Starkey Labs and Crystal Farms. She also served as the lead accountant for C-Aire Compressors and Pneu-Motion, Inc. for three years.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University in 1998, and in 2001, passed the CPA exam on her first attempt, earning the prestigious Minnesota Award of Excellence from the MN Society of CPAs for scoring among the top ten candidates in the state.

Outside of the office, Donna enjoys an active and faith-centered life. She is happily married to her husband Jeff and is the proud mother of two wonderful children. Her hobbies include participating in various Christian activities, snowmobiling, ATVing, and golfing.
