Richard joined Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. in July 2025, bringing with him over 30 years of accounting experience, primarily in property management and the service industry. He has a strong background in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance, along with a proven ability to streamline processes and improve financial accuracy.

Throughout his career, Richard has worked in both corporate and small business environments, including roles as an Accounting Manager, Property Accountant, and Asset Manager. His extensive experience allows him to quickly assess client needs and provide dependable, detail-oriented support in areas such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Outside of the office, Richard is a passionate fan of the New York Mets and Dallas Cowboys, and an avid Star Trek enthusiast. He especially enjoys spending time with his two adorable granddaughters, who keep him smiling and grounded.
