Remember to make sure you are sending all of your 1099'S and W2'S out as soon as possible. If we are processing them for you, make sure to get all the relevant information to us so that we may assist you in sending those out. There are penalties for failure to file those forms. The baseline fine for failing to file these forms in a timely manner is $260.
