Arlyce A. Cleveland, CPA, ABV

Mrs. Cleveland is the President and sole shareholder of Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. conveniently located in the Twin Cities area. Over the past thirty years, Arlyce has worked to educate and train business owners about the importance of understanding their financials and planning for where they want their business to be in one, five, and ten years. She knows the biggest problem with business owners is that they don’t plan to fail; they just fail to plan.

Before starting Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd., Arlyce worked in the private sector for nine years as CFO of a manufacturing company and Controller of a communications company.

  • Mrs. Cleveland received her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University in 1998. 
  • She became a licensed CPA in the state of Minnesota in 1999. 
  • She completed the AICPA Business Valuation program in 2000.        
  • She earned the Business Advisory Council's National Leadership Award in 2001.
  • She’s been published in and is a lifetime member of The National Registry of Who’s Who.

Arlyce is happily married to Tim, she has two children Jessica, and Jason, one son in law Derek, and three grandchildren, Cecillia, Cooper, and Colt. She loves golf and has the great fortune of not only one – but TWO “Hole-in-Ones.” She also loves horseback riding and has four wonderful horses of her own!

Donna M. Franklin (Haluptzok), CPA

Donna is an experienced and decorated CPA that has been with Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. since 1999. She brings an extensive background in personal and business accounting services.

  • She worked for 12 years on the corporate Accounting Team at Starkey Labs and Crystal Farms.
  • She worked for 3 years as the accountant for C-Aire Compressors and then Pneu-Motion, Inc.
  • She completed her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University in 1998.

Donna passed her CPA exam in her first sitting in 2001 and earned the Minnesota Award of Excellence presented by the MN Society of CPAs for scoring in the top ten candidates who passed the exam.

Donna is a mother of 2 wonderful children, and is happily married to Jeff. She enjoys spending her leisure time serving in various christian activities,  snowmobiling, ATVing, and golfing.

Judy Hentges, CPA

  • Judy has been with Arlyce Cleveland Ltd. since November of 2023, but has 30 years of experience in the tax field. 
  • Judy received her undergraduate degree from Bemidji State University in Psychology and Community Service. She studied accounting at Metropolitan State University while preparing for her CPA, which she received in 2012.

Judy is the proud mother of two grown children- Matthew and Michael, she also has two lovely daughters-in-law with a dear grandchild on the way. In her spare time she likes to walk, bike, garden and travel.

Scott Eekhoff, CPA

  • Scott has been with Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. on a seasonal basis since 2016
  • Scott has his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota – Morris in Business and Economics. He studied accounting at the University of Minnesota while preparing for his CPA, which he received in 1996

 Scott is married and has one son, who currently graduated from Concordia in St. Paul. His hobbies include fishing, bike riding, and movies, he also enjoys playing cribbage and chess.

Michelle Hudak, Staff Accountant

  • Michelle has been with Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. since 2018
  • She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from SCSU; She received her MBA in Operations Management, from the U of M, Carlson School of Management; She was CPA and Certified Internal Auditor

 Michelle is Married to Scott and has one son Mike; She loves traveling, biking, gardening, and reading.

Brittany Vasquez, Staff Accountant

  • Brittany has been with Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. since December 2021
  • She received her Bachelor's Degree from Rasmussen University for Financial and Managerial Accounting.

She is a mother to one wonderful daughter and has two bonus daughters. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their 3 girls playing games, traveling, and doing crafts. They enjoy summer activities the most; going to the beach, four wheeling, and dirt biking.

JOE LETENDRE, STAFF ACCOUNTANT

  • Joe has been with Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. since February 2022
  • He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting

Joe has one son, Easton, together with his girlfriend of 4 years and wife-to-be Meghan. He most enjoys spending his free time with his family and two dogs. His favorite activities include watching and playing hockey (GO WILD!), going to car shows with his dad and Easton, and golfing.

Spencer Roth, STAFF ACCOUNTANT

  • Spencer has been with Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd. since December 2022

  • He graduated from the University of MN Duluth in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and graduated from Rasmussen University in December 2022 with a Certificate of Accounting. He has worked many years in various fields including mental health, auto industry, marketing photography, construction, meat cutting and as a working musician, but most of all he just wants to do your taxes.

Spencer has been with his partner Caitlin of 11 years, they have a son Rennen, daughter Juna Bea, plus 5 cats and a Great Pyrenees named Bruce. His favorite time is playing with his kids, going to their hockey games, volleyball games and dance recital. He also enjoys MN WILD games, and exploring the outdoors. He also runs a vintage resale and handmade clothing business with his partner Caitlin (CEO & Master Seamstress) and is active in local vintage markets, craft fairs and record shows. He’s very passionate about family, music and art, the woods, accounting, payrolls and taxes and he hopes one day to own a pizza farm.

Jennifer Hudson, Office Manager 

  • Jennifer has been with Arlyce Cleveland Ltd. since December of 2020
  • She graduated Metro State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology.

Jennifer loves to spend time with her husband and step kids. Keeping up with 3 young kids, 2 cats, and 3 dog keeps her busy but living her best life.

They enjoy camping and playing games together. Aside from family fun, she enjoys doing Oula, utilizing technology to stay in touch with their loved ones, traveling and doing travel research, eating Mexican, and indulging in her coffee obsession.

Adam Hawley, Administrative Assistant 

  • Adam has been with Arlyce Cleveland Ltd. since July of 2023
  • He received his Business Administration Associates Degree from Dakota County Tech. College

 Adam is engaged to his fiancé Katie, they have two cats. Adam is pursuing his bachelor degree in Business Administration and Accounting. His hobbies are hiking, golfing, and always willing trying new things.

Tabitha Swanson, Office Assistant and Payroll Specialist

  • Tabitha has been with Arlyce Cleveland Ltd. since December 2020
  • She received her 911 operator certificate from Hennepin Technical College, 

Tabitha's Husband of 28 years is Stephen, they have two children Amanda, and Kyle, and two grandchildren Marceline, Stellaluna.

Her hobbies are gardening, painting, and photography.
